I have learned a lot from these little ones.

No matter how hard are their lives and how hazardous the surrounding environment, they find joy in what they already processed. And the greatest joy of all is their ability to share their procession with friends around.

I have seen too many adults fall victims to false joy. They often associate joy with the amount of money they have in their banks. They can afford trendy clothes, big car, and expensive electronic equipments but when you approach them for some aids to the poor, their replies is often negative. Common excuses are “Oh, I need to pay for my car installment” , “Oh, I have also donated to church”, “Oh, I do not trust this organization”., “Oh, they may be syndicate groups”. One thing they never know is the act of giving brings about joy to the donors themselves and to the beneficiaries.

Also, many associate power and status as joy but we all know that will not last. The love of money and power are the cause of all evils. I am sure these words are in everybody mind.....but look at some FLICKR’s members alone, how many have fall into this trap of wanting recognition and superiority? Today EXPLORE tomorrow FRONTPAGE, they find joy in these false recognition. But, very soon they would find out these false glories are just temporary and some fall into depression and suicidal.

I will learn from these little ones to know what joy is about. To be recognized is good for motivation but not about glory or achievement. I find joy in seeing my works touch others’ hearts and encouraged them coming forward to give and to receive the joy.
