Climbing Cucamunga Peak, Oct. 24, 2010, I happened upon this journalistic scene just as I crested the ridge for the summit. It is an interesting organic capture of what was happening at the peak of Cucamunga during the 24th day of Oct., 2010. This is looking South towards the Cleveland Mountain Range.

Here are a few more shots I took near the summit of Mount San Jacinto. They are all pano because I feel that format is the only way to give this subject justice. I must say that the views you see near the summit and on the summit are some of the most incredible vistas I've had an opportunity to witness! I agree with John Muir who once remarked that the view from Mount San Jacinto "was the most sublime spectacle to be found anywere on this earth."
