The Krafla geothermal lands stand out as one of the most breathtaking destinations I’ve had the privilege to explore. This northern corner of Iceland might just be my top pick, thanks to its relatively untouched beauty and the significantly fewer tourists compared to the bustling southern regions. The landscape offers an astonishing variety, from massive waterfalls and mysterious caves to geothermal sites and their dramatic craters, each sight more mesmerizing than the last.
Perched atop the Víti crater, whose name translates to « hell, » I was enveloped in a surreal atmosphere. Despite the snowfall and fierce winds that day, nothing could deter Bósi from embracing the majesty of his vast, natural kingdom.

Throwback to one of my favorite shoots at the ocean back in 2020. After a beautiful golden hour, we were blessed with twilight moments.
This dog might be one of my favorite models I’ve ever worked with! Yakutian Laikas are not so common in some countries, but in France, there are quite a lot of beautiful ones with many different colors.
I’m filled with nostalgia as I browse through these older photos, especially knowing that the dog owner is now living her dream in Sweden surrounded by all her dogs!

This place brought back memories of my initial visit in 2020 when it was deserted due to Covid. Although this time we were amidst more tourists, it didn’t hinder us from crafting memorable experiences.
The gentle rain bestowed a gleaming sheen upon the colossal basalt columns, accentuating the vivid contrast with Klakí’s soft, immaculate white. This dog looked exceptional; and reminded me of the art that dogs can create with their bodies.

Our mind is often responsible for our problems and pain, continually dragging us into the past and future. There’s not much room for the present moment in our lives crammed with daily tasks.
On our last trip to Iceland, we shared a sunrise at Stokksnes, a place that no longer needs introduction. In this moment, the tender caress of the power of now effloresces within me, reminding me somewhat of the breathtaking meaning of stillness. This place has given me the exquisite sensation of plenitude.
After this trip, I started reading « The Power of Now » by Eckhart Tolle. I found the book while walking in Biscarrosse, one of my favorite towns by the ocean in France. The book had been left in the town’s book box, and I picked it up as if it were waiting for me. Little did I know that this book would have an impact on the way I live every moment that comes my way.
