The plains zebra (Equus quagga), also known as the common zebra or Burchell's zebra, is the most common and geographically widespread species of zebra, and wild perissodactyl (odd-toed ungulate).
It ranges from the south of Ethiopia through East Africa to as far south as Botswana and eastern South Africa. The plains zebra remains common in game reserves, but is threatened by human activities such as hunting for its meat and hide, as well as competition with livestock and encroachment by farming on much of its habitat.

This lovely herd of Zebra's was photographed during a photography safari on a late evening game drive in a downpour around Lake Nakuru National Park, Kenya.

I am pretty sure this is a youngster by the color of the red- brown eye. This osprey caught a fish and struggled with it for awhile before loosing it. The fish is visible in this picture.

The little bee-eater (Merops pusillus) is a near passerine bird species in the bee-eater family, Meropidae. They are residents in much of Sub-Saharan Africa.
These are abundant and tame birds, familiar throughout their range. There have been estimated to be between 60-80 million little bee-eaters. They breed in open country with bushes, preferably near water. Just as the name suggests, bee-eaters predominantly eat insects, especially bees, wasps and hornets, who are caught in the air by sorties from an open perch. This species often hunts from low perches, maybe only a metre or less high.

Photographed during a photography safari on a late evening game drive in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya.
