This is dedicated to the children and adults who lost their lives in Newtown, Connecticut, may they rest in peace. There are many questions to find out about this crime but the one thing that is known, they were murdered with GUNS. Sorry, I am in tears just thinking about this horrific act.
I don't care what you think about what I am going to say, I HATE GUNS, and many illegal ones in Canada come from the USA.
The United States is the primary source for smuggled firearms or firearms parts entering Canada, due in part to its close proximity, differences in gun control legislation, and a large firearms manufacturing base. PLEASE KEEP THEM SOUTH OF THE BOARDER.
Wakeup America and any other country that feels they need the right to bear arms. There are to many handguns, military type rifles, etc. in the general population.
ATF reports, in 2010 there were 5,459,240 new firearms manufactured in the United States, nearly all (95 percent) for the U.S. market. An additional 3,252,404 firearms were imported into the United States.
According to the FBI Uniform Crime Report, between 2006 and 2010 47,856 people were murdered in the U.S. by firearms, more than TWICE as many as were killed by all other means combined.
Between 9,000 and 10,000 people are murdered each year with guns in the U.S.A.

This is a carving of the Aztec Calendar (Sun Stone) I carved approximately 30 years ago and hangs in my Rec Room, it is 91.44 cm (36in) in diameter and 3.05cm (1.38in) thick.
Some idiots believe that a cataclysmic event (end of the world) will occur on 21 December 2012. This date is regarded as the end date of a 5,125 year long cycle in the Mayan Long Count calendar. If the world does end, I guess I am the idiot but who will know I was wrong, LOL.
The TV show about this event often showed the Aztec Calendar not the Mayan Calendar (it has changed in the last editions) - they can't even show the correct calendar let along know what it predicts - I am going for a coffee in the morning like usual and still have the house decorated for Christmas.......

Aztec Calendar or Sun Stone was carved during the reign of the 6th Aztec monarch in 1479 and dedicated to the Aztec deity: the sun. It has both mythological and astronomical significance. It weighs 25 tons, 3.66 meters (12ft) in diameter, and 9.1 meters (3ft) thick. Mexico City, Mexico
The solar calendar of 365 days was inseparable from the Sacred Round, the priests used of 260 days primarily for divinatory purposes. The method of naming the individual days consisted in the combination of twenty pictorial signs with the numbers one to thirteen. Each of the day signs also bears an association with one of the four cardinal directions. The 20 day signs are arrayed in a circle surrounding the central face.
On December 17th, 1790 the stone was discovered, buried in the "Zocalo" (the main square) of Mexico City. Afterwards it was embedded in the wall of the Western tower of the metropolitan Cathedral, where it remained until 1885. At that time it was transferred to the national Museum of Archaeology and History by order of the then President of the Republic, General Porfirio Diaz.

This is the chair I have been using for the last week, very uncomfortable. This is where I always sit in my rec room with my 27" Imac on a end table, printer on the bottom and my 52" Sony TV at the end of the room. On the table is a holder I made for my mouse and keyboard that I place on my lap, since both are wireless it is great. My large leather reclining chair comes back this afternoon and I will be much more comfortable.

The new changes are terrible. This maybe the end for me, I used it for a couple of days and it is really bad. I will have to try it out when it happens but I hope they change their minds ----- in my dreams.....
Change for the sake of change is never any good, it has to in some way make things better!!!
