After taking this I had to get back to the hotel to go to the airport and home, Nova Scotia, for a while.
I hope you all enjoyed the trip we just completed, it has been my pleasure to take you along for the ride. We started in Austria, went to Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia, Bulgaria and last but not least Turkey.
Our next trip will start in Amsterdam in the Netherlands.

These are some of the last shots of Istanbul before leaving for the airport, I was up early and decided to walk along the defence walls in the direction I had not seen before.
A man was watering some garden plants along this section of the wall. This was close to the main road where I started my morning walk. As I continued on the walk the walls were in a greater disrepair.
