La Torre Eiffel è una torre di ferro nonchè il simbolo più famoso di Parigi immortalato in film, videogiochi e spettacoli televisivi. Prende il nome dall'ingegnere Gustave Eiffel, la cui azienda ha progettato e costruito la torre. Fu eretta nel 1889 come l'arco d'ingresso alla Fiera Mondiale del 1889. La torre è la struttura più alta di Parigi e il monumento a pagamento più visitato al mondo. La torre si erge 324 metri, circa la stessa altezza di un edificio 81 piani. Durante la sua costruzione, la Torre Eiffel superò il monumento a Washington per assumere il titolo di struttura artificiale più alta del mondo, un titolo che ha tenuto per 41 anni, fino a quando, nel 1930, fu superata dal Chrysler Building di New York.

The Eiffel Tower is an iron tower and it is the most famous Paris landmark and featured in films, video games, and television shows. It was named after the engineer Gustave Eiffel, whose company designed and built the tower. It was erected in 1889 as the entrance arch to the 1889 World's Fair. The tower is the tallest structure in Paris and the most-visited paid monument in the world. The tower stands 324 metres tall, about the same height as an 81-storey building. During its construction, the Eiffel Tower surpassed the Washington Monument to assume the title of the tallest man-made structure in the world, a title it held for 41 years, until the Chrysler Building in New York City was built in 1930.

Il Moulin Rouge fu aperto durante la “Belle Époque”, periodo di pace e di ottimismo segnato dal progresso industriale e culturale. L'Esposizione Universale del 1889 e il 1900 sono simboli di questo periodo, la stessa Torre Eiffel risale a questo periodo. IL Moulin Rouge è un teatro per cabaret nel quartiere di Pigalle , fondato nel 1889 e contraddistinto da un mulino a vento rosso sul tetto. E’ riconosciuto come la culla spirituale della forma moderna del ballo del can-can. Originariamente introdotto come una danza seducente, il can-can seppe evolvere in una forma di intrattenimento propria e ha portato all'introduzione di cabaret in tutta Europa . Oggi il Moulin Rouge è una attrazione turistica, che offre intrattenimento musicale a visitatori da tutto il mondo. L'arredamento del club contiene ancora gran parte del romanticismo della Francia di fine ‘800.

The Belle Époque was a period of peace and optimism marked by industrial progress, and a particularly rich cultural exuberance was about at the opening of the Moulin Rouge. The Exposition Universelles of 1889 and 1900 are symbols of this period. The Eiffel Tower was also constructed in 1889. Moulin Rouge is a cabaret in the Paris district of Pigalle, founded in 1889 and marked by the red windmill on its roof. Moulin Rouge is best known as the spiritual birthplace of the modern form of the can-can dance. Originally introduced as a seductive dance by the courtesans who operated from the site, the can-can dance revue evolved into a form of entertainment of its own and led to the introduction of cabarets across Europe. Today, Moulin Rouge is a tourist attraction, offering musical dance entertainment for visitors from around the world. The club's decor still contains much of the romance of fin de siècle France.

Il Palazzo di Westminster, conosciuto anche come Houses of Parliament o solo Westminster, è l’edificio in cui le due Camere del Parlamento del Regno Unito (la camera of Lords e quella dei comuni) tengono le loro sedute. E 'il luogo dove le leggi che governano la vita britannici sono discuss e approvate. L’attuale Palazzo di Westminster è il più grande edificio gotico del mondo con al suo interno oltre 1.000 camere e due chilometri di corridoi.
La campana (Big Ben) con la sua torre fanno parte del palazzo di Westminster. La campana è colpita ogni quarto d'ora. Una luce nella torre dell'orologio dice quando la Camera dei Comuni è in seduta. It is the place where laws governing British life are debated and passed. The modern Palace of Westminster is the largest Gothic building in the world - there are over 1,000 rooms and two miles of corridors in it.
The Palace of Westminster contain the bell Big Ben that is struck each quarter hour. A light in the clock tower tells when the House of Commons is in session. Big Ben is one of the most famous landmarks in the world. The Great Bell which was first struck on the 7 September 1859 a weighs of almost 13 tons.

Syon Park è costituito da 30 acri di giardino e 200 acri di parco e dalla Syon House, la casa del Duca di Nothumberland. Questo parco è stato allestito alla metà del 18esimo secolo e comprende letti erbacei, un grande lago, un giardino di rose con 100 diverse varietà oltre a quasi 200 specie di alberi. “The Great Conservatory” è una magnifica serra che si trova proprio al centro del parco. L’Enchanted Woodland è un evento nel quale viene creato un sentiero illuminato che guida i visitatori attraverso il parco. Il sentiero si snoda intorno al lago nel quale si specchiano gli alberi illuminati di molteplici colori, con spettacolari opportunità fotografiche a dispetto del gelido inverno Londinese!

Syon Park encompasses 30 acres of gardens and 200 acres of parkland attached to the Duke of Northumberland's London home, Syon House. This park was in the mid 18th century - includes herbaceous beds, a large lake, a rose garden with 100 different varieties of old-fashioned rose and almost 200 species of tree. The shadows and magic of a frosty winter's night make this an ideal opportunity for photographing the forest in a unique way.

Piazzale Michelangelo è una famosa piazza con una magnifica vista panoramica di Firenze, ed è una popolare destinazione turistica. Fu realizzata nel 1869, quando Firenze era la capitale d'Italia e tutta la città era coinvolta in un radicale rinnovamento urbano. Il panorama abbraccia il cuore di Firenze, dal Forte Belvedere a Santa Croce, attraverso i Lungarni e ponti che attraversano l'Arno, tra il Ponte Vecchio, il Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, il Bargello e il campanile ottagonale della Badia Fiorentina. Sullo sfondo svettano le colline di Settignano e Fiesole.

Piazzale Michelangelo (Michelangelo Square) is a famous square with a magnificent panoramic view of Florence, Italy, and is a popular tourist destination. It was built in 1869 when Florence was the capital of Italy and the whole city was involved in an urban renewal. The panorama embraces the heart of Florence from Forte Belvedere to Santa Croce, across the lungarni and the bridges crossing the Arno, including the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, the Bargello and the octagonal bell tower of the Badia Fiorentina. Beyond the view of the city itself are the hills of Settignano and Fiesole.
