In Malacca, parking the car involve a very tedious process. One must fill a complex and specific form for each hours the car is parked. It takes a lot of time.
Context: since the aim of my transcontinental tour was to travel without any plane, I intended to go by boat from India to Djibouti. But embarking in India is forbidden so I took a plane to Myanmar and then Malaysia from where I could embark on a freighter boat to Africa through Indian Ocean. Waiting for boat departure, I took a few days in Kuala Lumpur and around.
