Corral de Comedias de Almagro.
Mantiene la estructura original de los Corrales de comedias del siglo XVII. Es el único ejemplo de teatro de este tipo conservado en su integridad; que se dio tanto en la España del siglo XVII como en la Inglaterra del teatro isabelino.
El teatro se construyó en 1628 mediante la ampliación del conocido hasta entonces como Mesón del Toro tras la adquisición de propiedades vecinas, tarea que realizó don Leonardo de Oviedo.
La primera representación de la que se tiene referencia fue a cargo de la compañía de Juan Martínez en 1629, una de las doce compañías "de Título".

It maintains the original structure of the 17th century comedy corrals. It is the only example of theater of this type preserved in its entirety; that occurred both in seventeenth-century Spain and in Elizabethan theater England.
The theater was built in 1628 by expanding what was known until then as Mesón del Toro after the acquisition of neighboring properties, a task carried out by Don Leonardo de Oviedo.
The first representation of which there is reference was in charge of the company of Juan Martínez in 1629, one of the twelve "Title" companies.
