Last year Spring I spent a beautiful day exploring the lovely rolling countryside of Moravia. I don't think I have ever seen such extensive fields of canola/rape seed in my life. This particular shot is quite well known, and I was glad the chesnuts were also blooming.

Spring in eastern Czech Republic is wonderful. There are miles and miles of rolling green and yellow fields. It has become a magnet for photographers and I was one of them, happy to be able to find some of the most photogenic spots there.

I took a similar shot to this one 3 years ago, but I wanted to come back for a slightly different angle. In my previous shot part of the castle was hidden behind the buildings. This little town is so wonderful and offers lots of viewpoints for photography. I have more coming.

There are many great viewing spots here, but this view from the castle is the best to get in the whole town. This is a 2 image stitch.
