As we continued on the ferry from Denmark to Iceland via the Faroe Islands, the ship took the scenic route between Kunøy and Kalsøy islands, offering this as a farewell view to this beautiful island group. In the distance the well known sea-stacks of Risin and Kellingin can be seen.

Traveling to Iceland via the Faroe Islands, I was really hoping to spot and photograph many puffins. On Iceland they turned out to be quite elusive, but this little guy on the Faroe Islands posed nicely for me.
