Because the new year's day 2017 was Sunday, I attended the worship of my church first and then I went to Sendai Toshogu to take some photos.
Sendai Toshogu is only 500m apart from my church.

I found these lovely Jizo statue in the Sengakuin Temple which is next to Sendai Toshogu Shrine.
As you know , Jizo is the guardian deity of children.
