Knafeh is a Middle Eastern dessert made with cheese pastry. Once the sweet cheese is baked it has a nice crispy coating. Crushed pistachios is sprinkled on top and it is also drizzled with sugar syrup. It's like a hot crème brulee.
This is part of the street art decorating the shipping container that has been repurposed to serve the signature dish Knafeh.
