American singer Kelendria Trene Rowland, aka Kelly Rowland, made a fleeting trip to Sydney this week for a series of events to promote the iPhone4 handset for Optus.
Kelly is the founding member of the R&B group Destiny's Child. The Writing's on the Wall was their break through album in 1999. Their single Independent Women Part 1 topped the US charts for 11 consecutive weeks. Kelly had gone solo since 2005.

Described by John Lennon as the world’s most famous unknown artist, Yoko Ono (aged almost 81) finally had her art exhibition here in Sydney this summer.

1.88m (6' 2") tall Irish singer-songwriter Brian McFadden rose to fame in the late 1990s as a member of the boyband Westlife. He had gone solo since 2004. In the same year he separated from former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry Katona and began dating Australian singer Delta Goodrem. He is currently engaged to Irish DJ and reality star Vogue Williams. In 2009, he appeared as a guest judge on Australian Idol. In 2010, he became one of the judges on Australia's Got Talent.
In the foregorund is Clover Moore, Lord Mayor of the City of Sydney.
McFadden said: Everyone, if they're in love with another person, should be allowed to show that to the world. I don't think any government or any law should prevent anybody from showing the world that they're committed to somebody.
Security fenced off the area in front of them during live broadcast. So couldn't get a frontal shot. This was shot between the heads of security guards. When McFadden was available to the public for picture taking, someone in the crowd knocked the UV filter off my camera lens and sent it rolling down the slope. By the time I was ready again, McFadden had gone back inside the studio. I have to be content with this single image.

Vogue Williams' wedding will be held in Florence in August. She will be flanked by 6 bridesmaids but it is believed none of her Fade Street (reality TV show) co-stars were in it. Similarly, Brian McFadden will also have six groomsmen but none of the Westlife (boyband) pals is in their guest list.
