This sandwhich was s-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-oooo good it was beyond belief. freshly made bread, home cured bacon, fresh trout soaked in brine and smoked...from the charcuterie, bakery and restaurant of the King Estate Winery, Crow, Oregon. Add a crisp, cold fruity Pinot Gris and the meal was stupendous.
