Command Sgt. Maj. Jeffrey R. Huggins, often referred to as the CSM, became the senior enlisted advisor to the commander of the 7th U.S. Army Joint Multinational Training Command
during a ceremony, Feb. 21, 2013 at the Grafenwoehr Field House in Grafenwoehr, Germany. CSM Huggins is a native of Honolulu, Hawaii. Prior to moving to Germany, he served at the Combined Arms Center at Fort Leavenworth, KS. The JMTC is the U.S. Army’s only overseas training command, Command Sgt. Maj. Huggins will to work to institute , uphold and maintain common standards, such as good order and discipline, among U.S. forces, while also assisting multinational forces as they continue to build their own Noncommissioned Officer Corps structures.
“I am thrilled and excited to be part of this community and this great team,” said Huggins during the ceremony. “I look forward to working with our host nation and our other allied formations as I try to learn the languages and cultures, and continue the relationship we currently enjoy.”
