I set up the camera at the shop for another attempt at a time lapse. This covers about 1.5 hours. 1,410 still photos at 3 sec intervals with 1/2 sec exposer.

Yesterday I went to Point Lobos with some friends, with the intention to scuba dive and do a little underwater photography. After paying our reservation fee and entrance fee, we found out that the ocean was not diver or camera friendly! On the other hand the wether above water was sunny and warm, so since we were there we decided to take a few pics and have a bite to eat while enjoying the wave action.

This Time Lapse/stop action video shows the area we would have been diving in. It is made up from 212 still photos taken at 1 second intervals.

This was my first attempt at a Time Lapse. I know I have a lot to learn but I was pleased with the results. I used a fairly fast shutter speed so it has kind of a fast chaotic feel to it. Next time I will try dragging the shutter for a little smoother look.

This was put together from 628 shots at 10 sec intervals, so roughly 1 hour and 45 min condensed in to 1 min and 30 sec.
