Some guy walked around Lafayette Square in circles doing bicep curls with a dumbbell. He stopped and stared at a visiting middle school group posing for a picture and got a few strange looks from the kids. I found this a little creepy.

That's Exercise Guy doing crunches in the crosswalk ramp at Connecticut Avenue and K and 17th Streets, NW. Passers-by appeared to be a mix of bewildered and amused.
