This guy doesn't seem to know that there are thousands of people on the Washington Monument grounds, some of them probably gawking and taking pics.

Despite the huge crowds, some people still tried to ride their bikes or jog through them. I watched one jogger get blocked a number of times by groups of people who were staring up, and another guy in a bike just blithely driving through a crowd that had small children. Come on. If you must get your workout in, why not take a different route?
