While scouring the map for places around me that would make an interesting foreground, I came across this incredible canyon (the Grand Falls) in the middle of nowhere. I knew that the water flowed through this Canyon any time there was heavy rain/snowfall in the neighboring region. As it had recently snowed, I figured it should get check it out. Unfortunately, after driving for many hours, I realized that the little snowfall tha we had experienced wasn't enough to get the waterfall flowing. I still absolutely enjoyed my time out in the desert looking at the stars.
My final vision is to photograph this place at night with water flowing through the Canyon. It might take me a lifetime, but I will make it happen!
