Jokulsarlon Beach, Iceland

We noticed these three beautiful pieces of blue ice next to the surf that reminded me of the Taiwanese sculpture Ju Ming's work. I tried to get a shot of them framed with a backdrop of a clean green swell behind them as the waves came crashing to shore. Unfortunately was not able to catch a wave big enough before the ice began to lose shape; however, I was able to get a shot with the dramatic surf as the backdrop which I thought worked rather well.
