My Rowan tree has been much used as a model this Autumn, but with the low winter sun doing it's best, I couln't resist taking these shots.
These aren't the vigorous, vibrant, confident berries of youth, They have seen life.They are the mature, mellow, contented berries at the end of the year. Some have fallen, but the rest, in various stages of decrepitude, cling on.....
