The Tall Ship Windy was one of the vintage vessels in Door County and Green Bay, Wisconsin in the summer 0f 2016. She is a 148 foot traditional four-masted gaff topsail schooner. She offers a variety of public and private cruises in Chicago. She is built of modern materials, however, like old trading schooners and sail training ships, the Windy has all the character and charm of the great Age of Sail.

Pride of Baltimore II

The Pride of Baltimore II is a reconstruction of a Baltimore Clipper, a class of sailing vessels that were the most successful American privateers in the War of 1812. These privately owned ships were chartered by the American government to prey on English merchant shipping, and their success was one of the factors influencing the British to sign the Treaty of Ghent ending the war.

Draken Harald Hårfagre

The Draken Harald Hårfagre is a Viking longship built in the municipality of Haugesund, Norway. It is the longest Viking ship built in modern times. The Draken Harald Hårfagre brings the seafaring qualities of a warship from the old Norse sagas to life. It is a ship that combines ocean-crossing sailing capabilities with a warship’s use of oars.
