This is a statue known as Spillover II. It's located on the shores of Lake Michigan at Shorewood, Wisconsin at Atwater Park Beach. The artist is Juame Plensa and it depicts and 8-1/2 ft. slouching man whose form is composed of steel letters tack welded together. It was completed and installed in 2010. It was temporarily removed in November 2015 and modified after it was interpreted to have hidden anti-semitic wording. It was modified and returned to the site in January of 2016.
