Harry Fisk, 1931.
A straight up stunner by Harry Fisk for the third issue of Mystic Magazine, an experimental title from Fawcett exploring the worlds of astrology, numerology, palmistry, dream interpretation, life after death and other hoodoo.
It ran for only five issues and became True Mystic Crimes with the final issue. Brilliant covers apparently didn't translate into newsstand sales, or perhaps the public didn't know what to make of it.
