I noticed early this plant in my backyard as soon as it sprouted with spring sun and warmth. Initially I thought it was clover, but I learned only today that it was a slender yellow woodsorrel. Its flowers have five yellow petals, and the leaves come in three. Once collected, I pressed them for a couple of days so I could get properly all the shapes. I reworked the composition for this image three times, and wondered whether I should add a random seashell I found in my backyard too. I think this is the one I like most.
