The Whip Angels is the journal of impossibly young Victoria, and concerns her indoctrination into a dark sexual underground. Victoria receives a harsh schooling at the hands of incestuous guardians--lessons in submission, cruelty, dominance, with little Victoria forced to keep a journal of it all.
