This is a new ten story office development in downtown Victoria. It will be replacing the old capital 6 movie theaters. It will have two levels of commercial space for shops and restaurants etc. It will be a great addition to downtown. :D

The brick building is currently a movie theater. It's being developed into a really nice looking ten story office building with ground floor retail. This is currently one of my least favorite buildings in Victoria. :D

A new ten story office building is going to replace this old 6 screen movie theater building. The rendering of the new project is in the photo album below. This currently is a total dead zone and the new building will house two levels of commercial space. It will completely revitalize this block. Can't wait for it.

So far we've had a very warm winter since the big snow storm in December. It's been hovering around 10 degrees most days. Nice to work in. :D
