This is the first 20 story building that has been built in Victoria since the 60's since the height restrictions were implemented. And since the 60's the downtown population has dwindled and downtown stores and businesses have suffered. Sad but true. This also just shows how much views can be saved by building slimmer taller buildings. Since there have been several other towers approved at this height and taller. Hopefully good things to come. Densify downtown! :D

This is to show how small N scale is. Some people have said from my photos how large the buildings are but really they are really small. It takes time to get the detail in such small models. I'm getting there though.

I'm hoping to complete my n scale city (train set) in the next couple of years. I've been working on it since I was a little kid, though my eye for detail and quality have improved over time! :D
