This is just a bit smaller than N scale. Around 12 inches by 8 inches and 4-5 inches high. But a great background building for my city. The wood base is removable.

I still have about 12-15 skyscrapers to make, as well as finishing up the details on a lot of the ones you see in this photo. I didn't bother placing any vehicles and city details, just the buildings.
Eventually I'll have a bullet train, box car trains, a port, streets, cars, people, boats, factories, mills, ships, cranes, etc. It should be a pretty cool train layout.
