Today I had to make a quick trip down to Eastbourne to pick up a new glass for the woodburner door so on my return we walked the girls in the nearby woods. The Jackdaws were pulling hair from the backs of the cows in the field and then I saw the flowers in the woods and on the top of a woodland branch a wren was singing for all it was worth and it was kind enough to stay still long enough for me to take its image.

Day 2 - April 2024: A month in 30 pictures


Another of my beautiful tulips but this time reverse freelensing with the Lensbaby Velvet 56. A bit risky as it was windy so the lens was on/off/on/off but life's too short not to take the odd risk.
