Today's client Cal, a photography enthusiast and business man kindly let me share some of our work -
All these photos were shot with a 1920s Pacemaker Speed Graphic with a Kodak Aero Ektar 178mm f2.5 lens attached on Fujifilm FP-3000B instant B&W film (ISO 3200)
I was also using my Mamiya RZ67 Pro II (but I heard a ping noise in camera and after that the shutter/film advance lever would not cock the shutter)
I was also using my Hasselblad 501C but recently the outer plastic housing of the shutter release button sheared off / came off and today the metal button stopped aligning to the mechanism inside so the button is stuck and the camera can no longer take photos.
So 2 very good medium format film cameras dead in one shoot. If anyone knows of a quick fix or a good UK based repair person I would be interested to hear.
Before the Mamiya stopped I was really enjoying the huge viewfinder and I think I have been a little unfair towards it since getting the Hasselblad. I had a quick look on eBay and picked up a replacement RZ67 body as I need a 6x6/6x7 camera for next weekend and cannot wait for the repair(s). New Mamiya RZ photos coming soon! :) :)
I was also shooting 4x5 sheet film in the Speed graphic and had 6 double sided film holders loaded with Fomapan 100.

4x5 Pacemaker Speed Graphic + Kodak Aero Ektar 178mm f2.5 + Polaroid back + Fuji FP-3000B (discontinued) black and white instant film

I finished the pack of FP-100C in the Polaroid back and decided to break out a pack of the now discontinued Fuji FB3000B B&W instant film. Being ISO 3000 equivalent I had stopped down to f5.6 and sped up the shutter. I'm liking this film! Composition off again as looking too low on ground glass when composing. Looking forward to taking the 4x5 outside for a location model shoot to get to see the famous Aero Ektar bokeh :)
The last time I used this film was December 2013 in my Mamiya RZ67! www.flickr.com/photos/32681588@N03. I was saving it until I could make better use of it.
