To mix it up a little.. I just scanned this from France last summer.
Zoom in to the writing bottom left of photo. Insanely sharp ha! (When the focus was on the top of the image).
Shot just before dark where I could just about see the outlines. My goal was to have all 3 high points (lamp + 2 spires in focus.. that was all I could really see it was so dark. HP5 turned night into day!. Lots of tilt and stopped down to get the depth.
4x5 Intrepid Camera (wooden view camera) + Fujinon-W 250mm f6.3 + Horseman 6x12 roll film back + 120 Ilford HP5 Plus @400-800
I wish I'd started YouTube sooner I could have shot loads of B roll and BTS in France! :( Next time!
