Updated v2 edit..first post just looked too plastic/ was bugging me (added more contrast)

Testing another lens that I have bought, for my Nikon f5 film camera - The Nikkor 180mm f2.8 AFD. I was surprised how compact it was for a DSLR telephoto prime as I have the Nikkor 200mm f2 and it is huge!

I had a shoot organised with Bex (Rebecca) and enjoyed the lens so much I shot the whole shoot with my old Nikon D800 DSLR.

This photo looks super edited to my eyes. I'm not sure if it is due the the Nikon CMOS sensor look vs. my eyes being used to Leica but the lens is very impressive and promising for shooting film with.

(I did enjoy the ease of use of the D800, a good viewfinder, fast autofocus, good useable high ISO but I don't like how the images render when blown up on a big screen. That's why I eventually moved from Nikon first to a Contax 645 film camera which helped start my film craze, then a Voigtlander Bessa R3A film camera and then a digital Leica M9 which has a similar form to the R3A. I use Nikon film cameras now but i'm just not a fan of the digital Nikon's for my personal work).
