This is what greets you at the head of the Elowah Falls trail. I don’t know if this small aging water tower serves a purpose anymore other than for people to say “Hey, look at the cool water tower” and then continue on their journey to the falls. I could not find information online and I didn’t notice any outlets other than the spigot at the top of the tower and the opening on the bottom. It is a cool water tower, though. =)
