Looking down the wavy arrangement of "Artwall". Designed by German architect and artist Herbert Dreiseitl, Artwall was created using 368 reclaimed century old railroad tracks donated by Portland Terminal Railroad. I've photographed this wall several times in the past from many different locations. I've posted two images in the comments box below.
