Here's the PNWR Calapooia River Bridge located in Albany, Oregon. Still open to traffic, this railroad bridge is a Pinned Connected Through Truss design. There is some confusion on the exact build date, though. Some say it was built in 1908, others argue that it's late 1800's architecture. No one can agree, it seems.

Long Exposure: Carnival Rides Series Part-1
Ever wondered what your favorite carnival ride looked like as it was hit with a long exposure? And I don’t mean the Ferris Wheel, either. Everyone (including me) does that. No, I’m talking rides like “The Big Sling” (I have never seen anyone do that one, ever), “Kamikaze”, “Orbiter”, “El Nino”, “The Inverter”, “Tornado”, etc.? Well, look no further than this week’s series. I spent the whole day at the Oregon State Fair on Saturday.
Sure, I shot the farm animals, the bands, the food, the exhibits, the people, BORING!!!!! Just like any kid, I want the rides. You go look at the cows and pigs, I’ll be over at the more exciting place: the carnival rides. You go listen to the bands; I’ll listen to the cool music played over the P.A. of the “Kamikaze”. You go eat the food, I’ll throw mine up on the “Zipper” (Hey, I’ll feel better afterwards, right?).
