Day 27 of 365, it was a good day for birds today, a couple of Great Horned Owls, lots of Chickadees, a White-breasted Nuthatch, a female Hairy Woodpecker that I got quite close to, a Pileated Woodpecker and a bunch of Bohemian Waxwings. This was the first time I had gotten close to this kind of waxwing so far. I decided on this shot because I wasn't trying for a flight shot, I was taking a pic of the guy in the middle when a waxwing next to him out of frame jumped into the middle of my shot. Whatever he's after, he looks pretty determined to get it.
