So far this year I have seen six pairs of barrow's goldeneyes. I likely saw six in the last three years. This was taken on Jumping Pound Rd west of Calgary.

Flickr friend Anne came out with Trish and myself on Sunday to see what we could find south of Calgary. Anne quite enjoyed herself as she doesn't often get to some of the areas we went to. There was lots to see and we all had a great time.
Have been seeing quite a few of these guys lately. Not bad for a fairly uncommon bird. Seen near Millarville.
