Almost paid the ultimate price for this shot. I climbed down some rocks to get under the bridge and when I got to the bottom I stepped on to what I thought was the shore. Nope, it was twigs and grass and stuff packed against the edge looking like a solid mass when it wasn't. I stepped right through it into the water up to my thigh. Damn good thing I had my camera around my neck or I would have lost it for sure, I needed both hands to make sure I didn't go right in. Close one...lesson learned. Camera didn't even get a drop of water on it...whew!

I'm pretty sure these Cliff Swallows are dining, I read that they will let each other know when insects are hatching so they can track the swarm.
