Ever had one of those moments when, even though you're alone, you see something you've never seen before and you give a big fist pump and go "YES" out loud. Well, this was one of those moments. Saw this raptor on 85th St south of the city today. Not being sure what it was, I put it up for ID and it turns out it's a Northern Goshawk. That's two major first time birds in the last three days(Short-eared Owl on Fri) so I'm a very happy camper right now. Thanks to everyone for the help with the ID!
