I had seen a report of Trumpeter Swans hanging out at Glenmore Reservoir so I headed down to check it out. Judging by the size of these guys and the sound they made, they were definitely Trumpeter's. These birds are quite large and they do sound like trumpets. It sounds like a bad jazz concert where nobody knows what song they're playing.
