Day 80 of 365, I've decided(with the encouragement of Flickr friend Debby A) to do a sub-project in my 365 of places I've lived in Calgary over the almost 40 years I've been here.
There have been quite a few, mostly apartments and basement suites. These will not be in order and will be spread out over the months, so be patient and try not to be too bored. I will also try to ballpark when I lived in each. If I get up to Edmonton, I will try to add the two places there too.
I lived in an apartment in this building at 5th St and 67 Ave in the early 80's during my first(of 2) marriages. The best thing about living here was the fact that my place of work(Leon's Furniture) was a block away. I don't remember if I lived on the 4th or 7th floor.
This is only about a mile from where I live at the moment.

Day 84 of 365, second in a series on places I've lived in during the almost 40 years I've been here. Again, these are not in order. This is another apartment I lived in during the early 80's(there were quite a few during those years). This is on Glamis Dr. in the SW over in Glamorgan.

Day 96 of 365, another of the places I've lived here in Calgary. Where is it you say, well, it's pretty much an off ramp on Crowchild Tr now, has been for quite some time. It may not be there anymore, but it still makes the list, if only for the fact that it was the first place we lived when we came to Calgary in '69(technically the second, we lived in a motel for two weeks first). The house was on Somme Crescent in the PMQ's in the Currie section of the army base. We lived here from '69 til about '74 when my dad got a place in Glamorgan off the base. The PMQ's have since been torn down or remodeled and the area renamed Garrison Woods in keeping with the military theme of the area. The house was about where the large group of trees and the noise barrier meet.

Day 136 of 365, another of the many places I have lived since I came to Calgary in '69. I lived in this house on Fleetwood Dr. SE. briefly in the fall of '83 with a couple of guys I used to hang out with. This was the only place that was officially not in the SW. part of the city.

Day 178 of 365, worked til 7:00 PM, got home to a grey evening, so it's time for another shot of one of the many places I've lived in my 40 years in Calgary. I lived in this apartment building at 17th Ave and 11th St in 1987/88, one of only three places I lived in near the downtown core.
