Spent an amazing 85 degree day with my sister down at the Tidal Basin. This was my first time seeing the Cherry trees in bloom & has been on my bucket list for years. Susan goes every year & was a great guide. The beginning of this week was peak time so it was still glorious. WIth cooler rainy weather coming in tomorrow, this was most likely the last day. Usually peak is the end of March thru the beginning of April. There will be some disappointed tourists coming in at the ususal time.
