This preserved 1928 Leyland Lion was originally new to Jersey Motor Transport, registered J4601. The bus was restored by the Science Museum at Wroughton, near Swindon and was painted in the guise of an Edinburgh Corporation bus for use in the film, 'The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie', for which it carried the registration SF849. Seen here on display at the Scottish Vintage Bus Museum's open weekend and vehicle display at Lathalmond on Saturday 15th August 2015.

The vehicle was originally new in 1966 to London Transport as RML2444 in their fleet.
