It has been quite a while since I have been to Crosby Beach and the Antony Gormley Another Place statues, we nearly didn't make it this time thanks to the M6 and torrential rain. However one of our group had already left for the location when we tried to call off the shoot. It turned out to be a great decision as we all had a fantastic time, just shows, no such thing as bad weather!

An evening that proved that there is no such thing as bad weather for photography. On our way up to Crosby Beach we were stuck in traffic jams with the rain hammering down, so much so that we nearly cried off. So glad we didn't as it was the best evenings photography I have had for a long time
The rain and general murk created a really atmospheric feel and beautiful soft light.
