Dieses Bild ist ein Stack aus 37 Aufnahmen. Die Belichtung ist praktisch unbearbeitet, nur ein wenig die Farben korrigiert. Lichdesign mit der AceBeam EC65 und X10. Zum Einsatz kamen außerdem selbstproduzierte Diffusoren aus dem 3D Drucker.

The sun goes down behind the Falkenberg in Neugraben Fischbek / Hamburg, wich is a only 64,8m high relic of sand from the ice ages. That picture was hard work with reflectors, led flashlight and afterwards with the raw converter. It is 7 jears old and was my first try on modelling light in the dawn. Today i would try to get more light in the lamella. The picture should be a symbol for the landscape, with birch, heath and the Toadstool. My homeland.

Die Sonne verschwindet hinter dem Falkenberg in Neugraben Fischbek / Hamburg. Der Falkenberg ist ein eiszeitliches Relikt aus Sand, und nur 64,8 Meter hoch. Das Bild wurde als Einzelaufnahme bei Sonnenuntergang geschossen, als Langzeitbelichtung mit LED Taschenlampe und Reflektor, außerdem steckt noch viel Arbeit im RAW-Konverter drin. Es ist über 7 Jahre alt und einer meiner ersten, aufwendigen Versuche das Licht in der Dämmerung zu modellieren. Heute würde ich anders vorgehen, vor allem mehr Licht in die Lamellen bringen. Das Bild sollte die Heidelandschaft symbolisieren, mit den Birken und den Fligenpilzen. Meine Heimat.

I was allowed to take a picture of this opal at the booth of Opal Country at the mineral fair in Hamburg. The detail in the middle reminds me at the big storm on jupiter.

Mit der freundlichen Genehmigung von Opal Country durfte ich diesen wertvollen Nussopal auf der Mineralienmesse in Hamburg fotografieren. Mich erinnert das Detail in der Mitte an den großen Sturm auf dem Jupiter.

This mineral (yellow) is called titanit. The width of the picture is about 3.5mm. I used a special stacking method, for better results.
