Last evening we had a snow fall, which partially started to melt , then temp dropped below zero freezing the melting snow. So lunch time I went out to take a few macro shots, this being the best of the half dozen I took.
I don't know the exact ratio because I used the Tamron SP90 which gives life size but also used an 11mm extension tube and by just looking at the image the berries are at least twice life size. The berries are on a pyracantha bush in our front garden. There was a breeze blowing so in order to freeze(no pun intended) the action I upped the ISO to give me a faster shutter speed.
