Could have been titled 'How to Drown your Camera'.
This is another image from my archives, taken in December 2017 at Pistyll Rhaeadr in Wales.
If you trawl through my photostreams page 3 you will see an image titled 'Waterfall' and the blurb explains where I went in.
I think at the time I'd only had the 5D SR a little over 12 months and the TS-e lens a fair bit longer before I drowned them.
For those of you who want to locate the waterfall at Pistyll Rhaeadr it is due west of Oswestry and approximately 16miles.

My attempt at abstract snapping.
Suppose I could have called it ' There's a hole in the Roof'. Taken in June 2016 on a walk about in Birmingham (uk) City centre. Not entirely sure but I think it was taken from the walkway at the Selfridges building. Had gone there with a good friend & photographer purposely to use one camera body and 50mm lens all shots hand held.

Another indoor taken image, not taken but created yesterday, had some spare time so decided to attempt another Adobe twirl image.
The original image was of a back lit delicate blue flowers on a stem with a white background. Firstly converted layer to smart object
then inverted the colours, copied just the flower heads and positioned the copies at roughly 9 & 3 O'clock. Applied radial blur followed by the twirl effect. Once that was done played about with the curves, vibrancy & colour layers.

Orignal image was shot with Canon 5D Mk.4 & Tamron SP90 macro lens.

Grey Heron (Ardea cinerea) taken earlier this week at Rowheath Park.
During our continued Covid lockdown here in the UK we try and get out for an hours walk daily. Occasionally will take the camera with me and usually have the 16-80 lens on. This particular morning I took along the 55-200 (for it's zoom range very compact lens). The park is no more than a 10 minute walk from home and in the middle of the park is a large pond and as I walked round the pathway this Heron was no more than 30 feet in front of me in this small patch of reeds. He stood there for ages and only flew off when someone else came along the path. The static shots came out ok but the shots I took of him flying are useless, so think I need someone to give me lessons on how to shoot birds in flight.

Tech. Stuff: Fuji XT3, Fuji 55-200 lens, Settings: F4.8 @ 1/250sec., ISO 320

Had an hour & half spare this morning (wife was out) so decided to have a go at a technique I'd seen Gavin Hoey use on photographing water splash with a glass marble. All trial and error, must have taken in the region of 30 - 40 images, with about 8 usable ones. Used off camera flash fitted with remote receiver and trigger on camera.
Edited in Adobe camera raw.
