Rufous owl (Ninox rufa rufa)

Not an artistic looking picture, but documenting one of only (so far) 5 times I've seen an owl in the wild.

I do wish that I brought a good flash defuser though to make the image less flat, but you get what you can get.

RIP flying fox.
